Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head of romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup croutons
  • cup Caesar dressing (see below for a homemade option)

For Homemade Dressing:

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a large salad bowl, toss the chopped romaine lettuce with the croutons and grated Parmesan cheese.
