- 1 large head of romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- ⅓ cup Caesar dressing (see below for a homemade option)
For Homemade Dressing:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
