Ingredients
  

  • 4 small flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or a blend)
  • 1 tablespoon butter or olive oil
  • Optional toppings: sour cream, salsa, guacamole, or chopped fresh herbs

Instructions
 

  • Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt half the butter (or drizzle olive oil).
  • Place one tortilla in the skillet and sprinkle 1/2 cup of cheese evenly across it.
  • Cover with a second tortilla and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until the bottom is golden and crispy.
