1teaspoon garlic powder
1teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional Dipping Sauces:

Instructions
Prepare the Chicken Tenders:
If marinating, place chicken strips in buttermilk for 15-30 minutes for extra tenderness.
In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs. In another bowl, combine flour with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. In a third bowl, add breadcrumbs.
Dip each chicken strip first in the flour mixture, then the egg, and finally the breadcrumbs. Make sure each piece is fully coated.
Prepare the Fries:
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Toss the cut fries in olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
Fry the Chicken Tenders:
Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan or skillet over medium-high heat.
Fry chicken tenders in batches for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F / 74°C). Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
Serve:
Serve the crispy chicken tenders with the hot, seasoned fries. Add your favorite dipping sauces on the side for extra flavor.
Notes
Optional: Add a side salad or coleslaw to complete the meal. For an even healthier twist, try baking the chicken tenders instead of frying
