- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Tacos:
- 8 small corn or flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cabbage (red or green)
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup chopped fresh cilantro
- ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
For the Sauce:

- ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
Season the fish fillets with chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk together the sour cream, lime juice, hot sauce (if using), and garlic powder to make the sauce.
