Ingredients
  

  • 500 g (1 lb) ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup beef broth (optional for extra richness)
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Sauté the Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and garlic, and sauté until soft and fragrant.
  • Brown the Beef: Add ground beef to the pan and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon.
  • Add Flavor: Stir in tomato paste, diced tomatoes, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Simmer to Perfection: Pour in the beef broth (if using) and let it simmer for 15 minutes, allowing the flavors to develop.
  • Garnish & Serve: Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and serve with rice, pasta, or warm bread.
