- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can (400g) diced tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ cup beef broth (optional for extra richness)
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Sauté the Aromatics: Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add chopped onions and garlic, and sauté until soft and fragrant.
