- 1,5 lbs ground beef
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup milk
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
- ½ cup ketchup (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (for glaze)
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (for glaze)
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, breadcrumbs, milk, chopped onion, garlic, egg, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and thyme (if using). Mix until well combined.
