- 4 mahi-mahi fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 lemon, cut into wedges
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Pat the mahi-mahi fillets dry with paper towels. Season both sides with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the oil is hot, add the fillets to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown, then carefully flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove the fillets from the skillet and transfer to a serving plate.
Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the fillets and garnish with chopped parsley.
Serve immediately with your favorite sides, such as roasted vegetables or rice. Enjoy your Pan-Seared Mahi-Mahi.
