Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef (or halal beef sausage)
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (10 oz) Rotel diced tomatoes & green chilies, drained
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven:
    Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  • Prepare the Mixture:
