  • 1 ½ cups napa cabbage, finely chopped
  • ½ cup shiitake mushrooms, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup tofu, crumbled
  • ¼ cup vegetable broth
  • 1 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 garlic, minced garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • Dumpling wrappers (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, combine napa cabbage, shiitake mushrooms, tofu, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and sugar.
  • Pour in the vegetable broth and mix until the ingredients are well combined.
